ABOUT MEGreetings! I'm Aigars Locmelis, and I'm fueled by a lifelong passion for an active and vibrant lifestyle. My journey into fitness began at a young age, as I enthusiastically explored various sports such as football, basketball, kickboxing, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
The turning point in my fitness odyssey occurred during my high school years when, like many, I faced challenges related to confidence and comfort in my own body. This prompted me to take a transformative step — joining the gym. The decision proved to be pivotal, not only reshaping my life but also instilling a newfound confidence that had eluded me before. Driven by the desire to share the positive impact of my journey, I delved into the realm of Sports Science. Even as a student, I was welcomed into the fold of Latvia's exclusive fitness center, "Global Fitness," marking the initiation of my career as a dedicated Personal Trainer. A few years down the road, I proudly graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science. In 2022, I brought my wealth of experience to Switzerland.
